From a small team with a big vision to one of Malaysia's most trusted online casino and sports betting destinations — this is our story, our values, and why we do what we do.
Who We Are
pussy918 was born out of a straightforward observation: most online casino platforms available in Malaysia felt imported and impersonal. The payment options were clunky, customer support was slow, and the game libraries rarely reflected what Malaysian players actually enjoyed playing. We decided to change that.
Founded by a team with deep roots across the Klang Valley and beyond, pussy918 set out to build a platform that felt genuinely local. That meant integrating the payment methods Malaysians already use daily — Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and full support for Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers. It meant hiring multilingual support staff fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and 中文. And it meant curating a game library that balances international favourites with the titles Malaysian players specifically gravitate toward.
Today, pussy918 serves players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and every corner of the country. Whether you are following live EPL odds on a Saturday night, spinning through our slot library after work, or sitting at live baccarat table, our platform is enginered to deliver a smooth, fast, and fair experience every single time.
We are not the loudest brand in the market, and that is intentional. We believe trust is earned through consistency — consistent payouts, consistent uptime, consistent customer care — not through hollow promises. Every feature we build, every partnership we form, and every policy we write comes back to one question: is this right for our players?
What Drives Us
Every decision at pussy918 is anchored in six core principles. These are not marketing words — they are the operational standards our team is held to every day.
We implement 256-bit SSL encryption, rigorous KYC verification, and strict account security protocols. Your funds and personal data are protected to the highest standards at all times — no exceptions.
We publish RTP percentages on every game. Bonus terms are written in plain English with no hidden clauses. If we make a change to our platform or policies, we communicate it clearly and promptly to all players.
From deposit to game launch to withdrawal, every touchpoint on pussy918 is optimised for speed. E-wallet deposits are instant. Bank transfers clear within minutes. Withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts.
pussy918 exists because of our players. We actively gather feedback, act on support tickets, and run a loyalty programme that genuinely rewards long-term players — not just new signups. Your continued trust is our most valued metric.
Gambling should always be entertainment, never a financial strategy. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools, and a full responsible gambling resource hub. We take problem gambling seriously.
The online gaming industry moves fast and so do we. From integrating cryptocurrency deposits to launching new game categories and improving our mobile experience, pussy918 is always building toward a better platform.

With 500+ games, 10+ payment methods, 24/7 trilingual support, and a loyal player base across Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond, pussy918 continues to invest in security, speed, and responsible gambling infrastructure.

Our 24/7 support team operates in English, Bahasa Melayu, and 中文. Average live chat response time is 3–5 minutes. No bots, no scripted runarounds — real agents who understand Malaysian players' needs.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, KYC verification for withdrawals, and segregated player fund accounts. Your balance and personal data are protected to international banking standards.
Local Commitment
The Malaysian online gaming market has specific characteristics that a generic international platform simply cannot serve well. Football culture here centres around EPL, La Liga, and Liga Super Malaysia. Payment preferences skew toward mobile e-walets — Touch 'n Go and Boost have tens of millions of active users in Malaysia. The population is multilingual, with English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin all common in different communities across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru.
pussy918 was architected around these realities from day one. We did not adapt an overseas product to fit Malaysia — we built Malaysia-first from the ground up. Our betting markets prioritise the fixtures, leagues, and sporting events Malaysians actually follow and wager on. Our promotions are structured around MYR amounts that are realistic and meaningful for local players, not inflated USD figures converted at unfavourable rates.
We also take our responsibility seriously. Online gambling is a privilege that comes with obligations — to keep our platform fair, to protect vulnerable players, and to operate with full transparency. Our terms and conditions are written in plain English. Our bonus terms are clear. And our responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion — are available to every player, always. For players aged 21 and above only.
From Kuala Lumpur's Bangsar and KLCC to Georgetown in Penang, Johor Bahru in the south, and every city in between — pussy918 is accessible to players anywhere with a stable internet connection and a verified account.
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). No confusing currency conversions, no hidden exchange fees, no third-party currency processors.
Every game outcome on pussy918 is generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). We publish RTP percentages openly. We do not manipulate odds or game results — ever. Player trust is our most valuable asset.
Deposit limits, weekly loss caps, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion are available to every registered player. We partner with responsible gambling resources and encourage players to seek help if gambling stops being fun.
